Our Team

Guillaume Berret Coppi (Co-Founder)

Guillaume, holding a Master in International Relations from Pompeu Fabra University (Spain) and a degree in Political Science from Florida International University (USA), is a seasoned expert in global cooperation and sustainable development. He is a strong advocate for innovative and adaptive approaches to development, constantly seeking new and creative solutions to address emerging challenges and changing contexts.

He boasts +10 years experience in international development, having successfully led teams in driving product innovation and securing over €25 million in funding for projects. Since 2023, he is Head of Programs at an international non-governmental organization.

He brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical experience to Incolab Solutions, where he will guide partners in optimizing organizational processes and effectively navigating complex and transdisciplinary challenges to achieve impactful outcomes in their projects.

Passionate about driving positive social and environmental change through innovative solutions, Guillaume is committed to leveraging his expertise to contribute to a more just and sustainable future.

Dr. Pedro Tavares Couceiro (Co-Founder)

Pedro is an engaged innovator focused on integrating scientific knowledge advancements into the development of sustainable solutions. He graduated from the Instituto Superior Tecnico (Portugal), with a degree in Chemistry and holds a PhD. in Analytical Chemistry from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain).

He specializes in developing miniaturized, automated chemical analyzers for monitoring water and air quality in environmental and industrial applications. His work emphasizes the creation of high-precision systems that facilitate real-time data collection and enable informed, data-driven decisions, all while minimizing cost, energy consumption and waste generation.
With extensive international experience across Portugal, Spain, Brazil and Mexico, Pedro has led projects in both the public and private sectors, including the mining and automotive industries. As a result, he is well-versed in navigating the complexities of these sectors, enabling him to effectively align technical expertise with broader organizational and strategic objectives.

At Incolab Solution, Pedro will apply his scientific expertise, while integrating constantly advancing scientific knowledge, to help our partners develop innovation strategies and find practical solutions to achieve their goals.
